GEM Services
Electrical BIM
We collaborated with other trades to ensure effective coordination and integration of electrical systems within the UNR Pennington Engineering Building project.
Detailed Electrical Models
GEM utilized Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to create accurate and detailed electrical models, allowing for enhanced visualization and clash detection during the design phase.
3D Models of Electrical Components
We created 3D models of electrical components such as lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, circuit panels, conduits, and cable tray’s enabling accurate placement and alignment within the building.
Technical and Clash Support for AEC
GEM’s electrical BIM team worked closely with the design team and construction contractors to provide technical support and resolve any issues related to electrical systems, ensuring a smooth installation and operation.
Accurate Material Take-offs for Cost Estimation
Generated accurate material take-offs and bill of quantities for electrical systems, assisting in procurement and cost estimation processes for the UNR Pennington Engineering Building project.
